  • ROOFING: Structure, coverings, flashings, skylights, vents & stacks, gutters & down spouts.​

  • ELECTRICAL:Service entrance, grounding, panels & sub panels, branch circuits, outlets, GFCI, circuit integrity.​

  • HEATING & AC: System description, AC components, supply & discharge lines, venting, ductwork & registers, controls & thermostats.​

  • PLUMBING: Main supply lines, distribution lines, fixtures, vents, traps & drains, functional flow. â€‹

  • INTERIOR: Walls, ceilings, window, floor, doors, stairs, smoke detectors.
